Live On The Floor

When the room bids, your cause wins.

Every paddle raised turns memorabilia into money for the mission you're there to fund.

In-Person Charity Silent Auctions

We run the room.

Signed pieces, a live silent auction, and a crowd ready to give — we bring the whole show to your event.

How working with us works

You host the event. We run the auction.

From the first call to the final checkout, the auction is handled end to end. Here's the path every event follows.

01

Consult & lock the date

We talk through your event, your crowd, and your goal. You leave with a clear plan, a recommended lot count, and a date hold on the calendar — no guesswork.

02

Curate & procure the lots

We source and secure items matched to your guests — authenticated memorabilia, experiences, and donated lots — and build the catalog. The right items are the difference between $20 baskets and headline numbers.

03

Set up the room

Tables, displays, signage, and bidding — paper sheets or mobile, your call. The auction area is built and styled before doors open, so it looks the part the moment guests walk in.

04

Run the room

We work the floor all night — drawing bids, building urgency, and keeping lots moving with timed soft-close so nothing stalls and every lot stays competitive to the last second.

05

Checkout & handoff

Winners are checked out, payments collected, and items released cleanly. You get a tidy tally of exactly what your cause raised — and a calm end to the night.

Clear division of labor

Pro auctioneer vs. a DIY table

The same items raise far more in a worked room.

A donation table in the corner gets glances. A run auction gets bids — and a closing number you'll remember.

$$

A worked room, not a quiet table

DIY silent auctions stall — guests glance and move on. A floor pro keeps bids climbing, head-to-head, all night.

Items people fight over

Sourcing the right lots is a craft. Authenticated memorabilia and standout experiences pull bids that generic baskets never will.

Timed closings beat dead lots

Soft-close timing keeps every lot competitive to the final second and stops last-minute sniping from killing momentum.

Your team stays free

You greet donors, work the room, and enjoy your own event. The auction is covered — setup through checkout.

Organizer FAQ

What event chairs ask first.

The practical questions, answered. Anything else, ask on the consult call.

The earlier the better — sourcing the right items takes lead time. Booking window is ideally 6–10 weeks out for most events; longer for large galas. If you're inside that window, still reach out as we can do some events on the fly! If your date is close, reach out anyway; some lots come together fast.

We handle sourcing and procurement — that's the core of the service. If your org already has donated lots or sponsor items, those fold right into the catalog alongside what we bring.

We travel for events — the business is based on the First Coast, but the auction comes to wherever your fundraiser is. 100+ Miles* (travel expenses may accrue) Send your date and we'll confirm availability.

You receive approximately 20-25% of the starting bid, and 80% of all the overbids above the starting bid! You'll get the full breakdown in writing before anything's committed.

Floor space for the auction area, your expected headcount, mic/AV access if we're announcing live, and a heads-up to your guests that there's an auction. That's it — setup through checkout is on us.

Either — it's matched to your crowd and venue. Some rooms run hotter on classic paper sheets; others do better with phones. We decide together on the consult.
